Implementation of the Arrangement. Any modification to this Arrangement (including any addition to the list of Authorities which are parties to this Arrangement) should be explicitly agreed in writing by all Authorities.

Implementation of the Arrangement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth herein on such date as Granite REIT and Granite GP may agree (the “Effective Date”) as reflected in the Closing Certificate, from and after the Effective Time, the Plan of Arrangement will have all effect provided by applicable law, including the BCBCA. The Effective Date shall be a Business Day unless Granite REIT and Granite GP agree otherwise.

Implementation of the Arrangement. Other than as expressly provided for herein, no portion of this Plan of Arrangement shall take effect with respect to any Person until the Effective Time. Furthermore, each of the events listed in Article 4 hereof shall be, without affecting the timing set out in Article 4, mutually conditional, such that no event described in said Article 4 may occur without all steps occurring, and those events shall effect the integrated transaction which constitutes the Arrangement.

Implementation of the Arrangement. The Arrangement will be implemented in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Plan of Arrangement, the Interim Order and the Final Order.
