Implementation of the Strategic Plan. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Akcea will have the final decision-making authority regarding the conduct and implementation of Akea’s activities under the Strategic Plan so long as such decisions are consistent with such plan. Isis will have the final decision-making authority regarding Isis’ conduct of the Isis activities under the Strategic Plan and the Parties will mutually agree, through the JSC, to any Material Changes to such Isis activities.
