Implementation Phases. In the course of 24 months the pilot activities will develop through the following stages of local implementation, cross fertilisation and local/global interaction:
a) Local: Preparation of field operations: building local teams with experts and beneficiaries, participatory design of surveys and questionnaires design, training interviewers, etc.
b) Local: Data collection, processing and matching, data quality analysis. [ FIRST CROSS-FERTILISATION

e) Global: production of global outcomes: outline guidelines, training materials, technical and policy-oriented reports. Diagram 3, at the end of this section, shows how these phases are scheduled and co-ordinated, and how they relate to the schedules of the Expert Panel and the Advisory Board, in order to ensure a coherent development of the of whole project and effective convergence of all pilot activities in the overall objectives and outcomes of METAGORA.

1.5.3 The expansion of the MMS and WAP platforms will be in a single phase, contemplating the final capacity - Phase 6 - with the portfolio projected to December 2007 and with commercial activation foreseen to June 2007. Implementation Phases. The communication and dissemination activities of INSPIRE-5Gplus will be carried out in four phases. Each of these phases is focused on specific objectives and target audiences, and activities will be performed using the most suited channels.
