IMPROVEMENTS BY LESSOR. 43.1 The Lessor may at any time effect such Improvements to the Leased Premises as it may deem fit provided that it shall use its reasonable endeavors to minimise disruption to the Lessee’s business. 43.2 The Lessee shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation for any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by the Lessee as a result of any Improvements made to the Leased Premises by the Lessor in accordance with the provisions of this clause 43.
