Common use of Improvements to the Premises Clause in Contracts

Improvements to the Premises. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding contained herein, Tenant shall pay any increases in Real Property Taxes resulting from any and all improvements of any kind whatsoever placed on or in the Premises for the benefit of or at the request of Tenant, regardless of whether said improvements were installed or constructed either by Landlord or Tenant, except those items included with the original Premises.
