in Namibia. (i) in respect of taxes withheld at source, for amounts paid or credited on or after the first day of March in the calendar year next following that in which the notice is given; and (ii) in respect of other taxes, for any year of assessment beginning on or after the first day of March in the calendar year next following that in which the notice is given. In witness whereof the undersigned, duly authorised thereto, by their respective Governments, have signed this Agreement. Done in duplicate in Swakopmund, this 28th day of July 1998, each in the Malay and English language, the two texts being equally authentic. In the event of there being a dispute in the interpretation and the application of this Agreement, the English text shall prevail.
