In Progress Status Clause Samples

The "In Progress status" clause defines the conditions under which a task, project, or deliverable is officially recognized as being actively worked on. Typically, this status is assigned once preliminary requirements are met, such as approvals or resource allocation, and remains until the work is completed or paused. For example, a software development ticket may be marked as "In Progress" once a developer begins coding. The core function of this clause is to provide clear visibility into the current state of work, helping all parties track progress and manage expectations.
