In-service Accuracy limits. The overall accuracy of the energy measurements at, or referred to, the Defined Metering Point shall at all times be within the limits of error for in-service accuracy. The overall in-service accuracy limits are +2.5% to –3.5% at any load at which the Metering Equipment is designed to operate.
