Common use of In-Service Distribution Clause in Contracts

In-Service Distribution. For a Participant to convert his/her eligible contributions to ▇▇▇▇ Deferrals through an In-Plan ▇▇▇▇ Conversion, the Participant need not be eligible to take a distribution from the Plan.
