In these Terms. (a) words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa and words denoting any gender includes all genders; (b) references to: (i) clauses are to clauses of these Terms and clause headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of these Terms; (ii) a statute or statutory provision is a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended or re-enacted; and (iii) any phrase introduced by the terms including, include, in particular or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words preceding those terms.
