IN YOUR UNIT. a. subject to clauses D17.3(b) and D17.4, the distribution of Care Staff over a 24 hour period shall be in accordance with the needs of the Residents as determined by a Registered Nurse; b. there shall be a minimum of one Registered Nurse and one other Care Staff member On Duty at all times; c. the layout of the Unit must be taken into consideration when determining the number and the distribution of Care Staff required to meet the needs of the Residents under clauses D17.1 and D17.3(a);
