Common use of Inappropriate Behaviour Clause in Contracts

Inappropriate Behaviour. If a Resident engages in harmful behaviour, or behaviour that is reasonably perceived to be a threat to them self, or to others, compromises their personal safety (including but not limited to underage / excessive drinking, drug use, abusive behaviour), causes damage to the property of the Residence or others, or where a pattern of behaviour by a Resident is sufficient to create significant disruption to the Residence community, the Residence Life Manager, or designate, reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of the Resident.
