Incentive Day Sample Clauses

Incentive Day. An employee who does not utilize sick leave in any four (4) month period, beginning with the first day of each month following the use of a sick day or portion thereof, shall be credited with one (1) additional vacation day. Such vacation day shall be taken at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and the Director of Public Works.
Incentive Day. After ten (10) years of service to the district as a teacher or administrator an individual would qualify for an incentive day. This would be allocated at the start of the year following completion of the ten (10) years of service.

  • Incentive Program Members who are rated as either Level I, Level II or Level III in every phase of the Physical Fitness Test are eligible to participate in the Incentive Program.

  • Incentive Bonus Plan Employee shall be eligible for a bonus opportunity of up to 65% of his annual base salary in accordance with the Company’s Incentive Bonus Plan as modified from time to time, payable in cash and/or equity of the Company (at the Company’s discretion). The bonus payment and the Company’s targeted performance shall be determined and approved by the Board or the compensation committee thereof.

  • Incentive Bonuses The Executive shall be eligible for an annual incentive bonus with a target amount equal to 50% of his Base Salary (the “Target Bonus”). The Executive’s bonus (if any) shall be awarded based on criteria established by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) or its Compensation Committee. The determinations of the Board or its Compensation Committee with respect to such bonus shall be final and binding. The Executive shall not be entitled to an incentive bonus if he is not employed by the Company on the last day of the fiscal year for which such bonus is payable.

  • Incentive Compensation During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee from time to time. The Executive’s initial target annual incentive compensation shall be 40 percent of his Base Salary (the “Target Annual Incentive Compensation”). Except as otherwise provided herein, to earn incentive compensation, the Executive must be employed by the Company on the day such incentive compensation is paid.

  • Incentive Programs During the Term of Employment, the ------------------ Executive shall be entitled to participate in any annual and long-term incentive programs adopted by the Company and which cover employees in positions comparable to that of the Executive.
