Common use of Incentive Programs Clause in Contracts

Incentive Programs. Executive shall have the option of investing in the Company and the terms of any such investment shall be set forth in separate agreements between Executive and the Company. Executive shall also be entitled to grants of equity-based compensation (“Equity Awards”) under any incentive compensation program that may be adopted by the Board on the same basis as those benefits are generally made available to other senior executives of the Company. Any such grants shall be made at the discretion of the Board and the terms of such grants shall be set forth in the Long Term Incentive plan documents.
