Incidental Services Sample Clauses
The Incidental Services clause defines the obligations of a party to provide additional services that are necessary for the effective use or operation of goods or deliverables supplied under a contract. These services may include installation, training, maintenance, or technical support, and are typically specified as part of the overall agreement even though they are not the primary deliverables. By outlining the scope and terms of such services, this clause ensures that all necessary support is provided, thereby facilitating smooth implementation and ongoing functionality, and preventing disputes over responsibilities for ancillary tasks.
