Incidentals Sample Clauses

The 'Incidentals' clause defines which additional, minor, or unforeseen costs related to the main contract activities are covered and by whom. Typically, this clause clarifies whether expenses such as travel, lodging, materials, or administrative fees incurred in the course of performing the contract are reimbursable, and may set limits or require pre-approval for such costs. Its core function is to allocate responsibility for incidental expenses, preventing disputes over unexpected charges and ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of their financial obligations.
