INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. 18.1 When an employee reports for work at the beginning of a shift and inclement weather is declared, an employee shall be entitled to the following payment unless notified not to report by his Employer: (a) If not put to work, a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the appropriate rate, providing he remains at his place of work for two (2) hours unless given his Employer's permission to leave; (b) If put to work, a minimum of four (4) hours' pay at the appropriate rate. If inclement weather is declared during the shift, an employee shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the appropriate rate;
