Inclement Weather. 13.1 The parties to this Agreement adopt the following provision for Inclement Weather - as follows: (i) should a portion of the project be affected, by inclement weather, all other employees not so affected will continue working in accordance with the appropriate award provisions, regardless that some employees may be entitled to cease work due to inclement weather. (ii) During periods of hot weather, work in air conditioned environments will continue, subject to amenities being located adjacent to or within a reasonable distance from the workplace. It is recognised that during periods of hot weather, some tasks/workers may be relocated prior to 35 degrees C due to OH&S considerations but other tasks may continue up till 35 degrees C. (iii) Should a portion of the project be affected by inclement weather, employees can be transferred to another work location under cover on the site, or to another site in accordance with the appropriate award provisions.
