Common use of Inclusion by Reference Clause in Contracts

Inclusion by Reference. This Agreement hereby includes by reference and is subject to the Exhibits titled “Basic Scope of Work (Exhibit A), “Required Contract Provisions” (Exhibit B), and the “Federal Standards and Requirements” (Exhibit C), which are attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference as if set out in full in the body of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that the aforementioned Exhibits constitute a part of the Agreement, and the Agreement and the Exhibits are one integrated document.
