Common use of Inclusive Language Clause in Contracts

Inclusive Language. The Parties agree to meet within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Collective Agreement to discuss Gender Inclusive Language in the Workplace, including but not limited to the ONA Collective Agreement, Health Unit publications, programs, correspondence, policies and procedures. Such meeting will be attended by two representatives of the Bargaining Unit and two representatives of Management. DATED at Thunder Bay, Ontario, this 16th day of December, 2021.
