The 'Incollects' clause defines the process by which payments or funds are collected by one party on behalf of another, typically in the context of financial transactions or service agreements. Incollects. GTE will provide the rated record it receives from the CMDS network, or which GTE records (non-intercompany), to NEN for billing to NEN’s end- users. GTE will settle with the earning company, and will ▇▇▇▇ NEN the amount of each incollect record less the Billing & Collection (B&C) fee for end-user billing of the incollects. The B&C credit will be $.05 per billed message. Any additional message processing fees associated with NEN’s incollect messages that are incurred by GTE will be billed to NEN on the monthly statement.

VERIZON will settle with the earning company, and will ▇▇▇▇ SPRINT the amount of each incollect record less the Billing & Collection (B&C) fee for Customer billing of the incollects. The B&C credit associated with SPRINT’s incollect messages that are incurred by VERIZON will be billed to SPRINT on the monthly statement.

The B&C credit associated with US Dial Tone’s incollect messages that are incurred by GTE will be billed to US Dial Tone on the monthly statement.

Any additional message processing fees associated with COMM SOUTH’s incollect messages that are incurred by GTE will be billed to COMM SOUTH on the monthly statement.

Incollects. Verizon will provide the rated record it receives from the CMDS network, or which Verizon records (non-intercompany), to Empire for billing to Empire’s end-users. Verizon will settle with the earning company, and will ▇▇▇▇ Empire the amount of each incollect record less the Billing & Collection (B&C) fee for end-user billing of the incollects. The B&C credit will be $.05 per billed message.
