INCOMING STUDENTS WHO DECIDE NOT TO ATTEND THE COLLEGE Sample Clauses

This clause outlines the procedures and obligations for students who have been admitted to the college but subsequently choose not to enroll or attend. It typically specifies the steps students must take to formally notify the college of their decision, such as submitting a written withdrawal or declining their offer of admission, and may address the handling of any deposits or fees already paid. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear communication between the student and the institution, allowing the college to manage enrollment numbers and resources effectively while providing students with guidance on how to properly withdraw their acceptance.
