Incompetence or inefficiency. Inability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation. If an employee is unable to perform the essential functions of the job, the Town will make an effort to let that employee fill any vacant Town position for which the person is qualified with an appropriate adjustment in salary. This clause is not meant to violate applicable federal or state law.
