Incorporation of Additional Documents. Each of the following documents is included as part of this Grant Contract by reference or attachment. In the event of a discrepancy or ambiguity regarding the Operating Agency’s duties, responsibilities, and performance hereunder, these terms shall govern or order of precedence below: a.
