SCOPE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES Clause Samples
The "Scope of Services and Deliverables" clause defines the specific tasks, responsibilities, and outputs that a party is required to provide under an agreement. It typically outlines the nature and extent of the services to be performed, the standards or specifications to be met, and the tangible or intangible deliverables to be produced, such as reports, software, or consulting hours. By clearly delineating what is expected from each party, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes by ensuring all parties have a shared understanding of the project's requirements and outcomes.
