SCOPE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES. A.1. The Grantee shall provide all services and deliverables (“Scope”) as required, described, and detailed in this Grant Contract.

The grantee shall purchase, install and construct an environmental energy project that shall result in the reduction of emissions and pollutants as described in the Grantee’s application. A.3. Cleaner Alternative Energy improvements may include projects to generate energy using biomass, geothermal, solar, and wind. A.4. Energy Conservation improvements may include lighting; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); improved fuel efficiency; insulation; and idling minimization. A.5. Air Quality Improvement may include projects to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG), sulfur dioxide (SO2), volatile organic compounds (VOC), nitrogen oxide (NOX), and hazardous air pollutants (HAP). A.6. The Grantee shall obtain all required permits prior to commencing work on the project. A.7. The Grantee shall provide the State with reports on the results of the project for five (5) years after implementation. The Grantee expressly understands and agrees that the obligations set forth in this section shall survive the termination of this grant.
