SCOPE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES. A.1. The Operating Agency shall provide all services and deliverables (“Scope”) as required, described, and detailed in this Grant contract. A.2. To provide and operate public service activities to low and moderate income individuals and families within the city limits of Kingsport as specified in ATTACHMENT A: DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES, ATTACHMENT B: IMPLEMENTATION PLAN, AND ATTACHMENT C: BUDGET.
