Incorporation of Additional Documents Sample Clauses
The Incorporation of Additional Documents clause formally integrates external documents into the main agreement, making them legally binding as part of the contract. This clause typically specifies which documents—such as schedules, exhibits, policies, or referenced terms—are included, and may outline the process for resolving conflicts between the main contract and incorporated materials. Its core practical function is to ensure that all relevant terms and obligations, even those not directly stated in the body of the contract, are enforceable and clearly understood by all parties, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
