Incorporation of Certain Definitions by Reference. Any capitalized term used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning provided therefor in the Bond Indenture or the Master Trust Indenture unless the context otherwise requires; provided, however, that the meanings assigned to such terms shall be the meanings in effect under the Bond Indenture or the Master Trust Indenture on the date of this Agreement and shall not include any subsequent amendment thereof unless such amendment has been approved in writing by the Purchaser.
