Incorporation of Schedules and Terms. All Schedules attached to the Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement and incorporated herein. Terms that are defined in this Agreement, and used in any Schedule, have the same meaning in the Schedule as in this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that on the effective date of this Agreement not all of the Schedules listed below have been completed. Each Party agrees, however, to use diligent, good faith efforts to complete the contents of all such Schedules within sixty (60) days of the effective date of this Agreement. If the parties fail to complete all such Schedules by the sixtieth day after the effective date of this Agreement, and the Parties have not agreed on an extension of such time period, then either Party may terminate this agreement on thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party.

  • Incorporation of Schedules The Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

  • Incorporation of Standard Terms Except as otherwise provided herein, all of the provisions of the Standard Terms are hereby incorporated herein by reference in their entirety, and this Series Supplement and the Standard Terms shall form a single agreement between the parties. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Series Supplement and the provisions of the Standard Terms, the provisions of this Series Supplement will control with respect to the Series 2001-4 Certificates and the transactions described herein.

  • Incorporation of Provisions The contractor will include the provisions of paragraphs one through six in every subcontract, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment, unless exempt by the Acts, the Regulations and directives issued pursuant thereto. The contractor will take action with respect to any subcontract or procurement as the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration may direct as a means of enforcing such provisions including sanctions for noncompliance. Provided, that if the contractor becomes involved in, or is threatened with litigation by a subcontractor, or supplier because of such direction, the contractor may request the sponsor to enter into any litigation to protect the interests of the sponsor. In addition, the contractor may request the United States to enter into the litigation to protect the interests of the United States.

  • Incorporation of Terms of Plan The Option is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between the Plan and this Agreement, the terms of the Plan shall control.
