Incorrect Data Clause Samples

The Incorrect Data clause defines the responsibilities and procedures when inaccurate or erroneous information is provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps that must be taken to correct the data, such as notifying the affected party and providing accurate information within a specified timeframe. It may also address the consequences of relying on incorrect data, such as liability for losses or the right to terminate the agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure accountability and provide a clear process for rectifying mistakes, thereby minimizing disputes and protecting both parties from the negative effects of misinformation.
