Level 3 definition

Level 3 means a project of greater than 150 kWac and not more than 550 kWac.
Level 3 means that, as of any date of determination, the criteria of neither ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ are satisfied and the Long-Term Debt carries either of the following ratings: “A-” from S&P “A3” from Moody’s.

  • If the grievant is not satisfied with the response, he/she may proceed to Level 3.

  • If the Grievance is not settled at Level 3 and if the ASSOCIATION determines the Grievance alleges a violation by the school district of any of the provisions of this Agreement it may, within thirty (30) business days after written reference to the Superintendent, refer to arbitration as hereinafter provided.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent Level 3 from providing services to or obtaining services from other carriers.

More Definitions of Level 3

Level 3 means that, as of any date of determination, the criteria of neither Level 1 nor Level 2 are satisfied and the Long-Term Debt carries either of the following ratings:
Level 3. If the grievance is not settled at Level 2 and the employee wishes to appeal the grievance to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, it shall be referred in writing and signed by the aggrieved employee and forwarded to the Superintendent of Schools or designee within five (5) school days after the receipt of the response at Level 2.
Level 3 means that phase of a programme of study corresponding to the third session of full- time undergraduate study;
Level 3 means that, as of any date of determination, the higher of the Ratings is equal to A- or A3, as applicable, as of such date of determination.
Level 3. If the grievant is not satisfied with the written answer from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, the grievant may, within ten (10) days from the receipt of such answer, file a written appeal to the County Manager. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the written appeal, the County Manager or his/her designee, shall investigate the grievance which may include a meeting with the concerned parties, and thereafter give written answer to the grievant within five (5) days, which answer shall be final and binding unless, for matters subject to arbitration, within ten (10) days, the Association notifies the County Manager of its intention to appeal the matter to arbitration.
Level 3 means that either (a) S&P shall have assigned a rating lower than AA- but at least A+ or (b) Moody’s shall have assigned a rating lower than Aa3 but at least A1.
Level 3 has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble of this Agreement.
