Increased Availability. Availability under the Loan Documents shall be increased from One Million Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,000,000.00) to One Million, Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,300,000.00) (the "Revised Borrowing Limit") and all references to availability in the Loan Documents shall be modified accordingly.
