Common use of Increment Anniversary Date Clause in Contracts

Increment Anniversary Date. Subject to the provisions of Article 32 – General Leaves of Absence, a regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be his or her anniversary date for the purpose of determining an employee’s entitlement to an increment based on a year’s length of service and benefits.
