Increment Date. 1. Except for full time first year teachers, increment dates shall be the 1st of the month following completion of eight (8) full months equivalent teaching. (ie: 0.8 F.T.E.) 2. A teacher cannot earn more than one (1) increment in a twelve (12) month period.
