Common use of Increment Date Clause in Contracts

Increment Date. A new increment date for the Management position shall be established from the date the acting assignment commenced. Under no circumstances shall an employee in an acting assignment covered in (a) or (b) above, receive more than the maximum salary of the applicable salary group.
