Incurred Cost. Current — Insert the amount billed for the major cost elements, adjustments, and adjusted amounts for the current period.
Incurred Cost. Cumulative - Insert the cumulative amounts billed for the major cost elements and adjusted amounts claimed during this contract.
Incurred Cost. The Aviation Authority is not liable for any cost incurred by any Respondent prior to an award. Costs for developing a Response is entirely the obligation of the Respondent and shall not be chargeable in any manner to the Aviation Authority.
Incurred Cost. The City is not liable for any cost incurred by the Contract Assessor prior to the issuance of an approved contract. All costs incurred as a result of responding to this RFP are the sole responsibility of the proposer.
