Indemnification Payments; Other Remedies; Primacy of Indemnification. (a) Periodic payments of amounts required to be paid pursuant to this Article VII shall be made during the course of the investigation or defense, as and when reasonably itemized bills therefor are delivered to the indemnifying party in respect of any particular Loss as incurred. (b) The remedies provided in this Article VII are not exclusive and shall not limit any rights or remedies that may otherwise be available to an Indemnitee at law or in equity.
