Common use of Independence and Objectivity Certification Clause in Contracts

Independence and Objectivity Certification. The IRO shall include in its report(s) to PRMC a certification or sworn affidavit that it has evaluated its professional independence and objectivity, as appropriate to the nature of the engagement, with regard to the Cardiac Catheterization Procedures Review and Unallowable Cost Review and that it has concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective.

Independence and Objectivity Certification. The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of all current and prior engagements between Lincare and the IRO.
