Independence of the Real Property. Except as disclosed in the underlying documents referenced in the title commitment relating to the Property delivered to Administrative Agent in connection with the making of the Loan, no buildings or other improvements on property not covered by this Deed of Trust rely on the Real Property or any interest therein to fulfill any requirement of any Governmental Authority for the existence of such property, building or improvements; and, to Grantor’s knowledge and belief, none of the Real Property relies, or will rely, on any property not covered by this Deed of Trust or any interest therein to fulfill any requirement of any Governmental Authority. To Grantor’s knowledge and belief, the Real Property has been properly subdivided from all other property in accordance with the requirements of any applicable Governmental Authorities.
Independence of the Real Property. The Borrower shall maintain the independence of the Real Property from other land and improvements not included within or located on the Land.
