Common use of Indicative Tasks Clause in Contracts

Indicative Tasks. The indicative tasks for an employee at this Grade are all of the tasks of a New Entrant, Grade 1 or Grade 2 employee except that an employee at this level will be responsible for the more complex personal care needs of clients having regard to whether the client suffers from severely limited/uncontrollable body movements or serious comfort/health considerations. The indicative tasks for an employee at this level include, but will not be limited to, the following personal care needs: (i) Clients can offer limited/no assistance with weight bearing. (ii) Careful handling is required because of the client’s health/disability. (iii) Some lifting or physically awkward movement is involved for employees in transfer/mobility.
