INDIGENOUS LANGUAGE ALLOWANCE. An Employee who is required to substantially use an indigenous language in the course of their employment (with a recognized proficiency in any one of the Aboriginal or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ languages) will be paid an allowance as set out in Schedule D.
