Common use of Indirect Network Connection Clause in Contracts

Indirect Network Connection. A method of Interconnection through a third party Tandem Switch provider for the exchange of Local Traffic and ISP Bound Traffic between two Telecommunications Carriers where the networks of such Telecommunications Carriers are not directly connected.
