Common use of Individual with a disability Clause in Contracts

Individual with a disability. A person with a disability is one who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities of such individual; a record of such an impairment; or being regarded as having such an impairment.

Individual with a disability. A person For purposes of this Agreement, an individual with a disability is one anyone who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities of such individualas caring for oneself, manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing or learning; has a record of such an impairment; or being or, is regarded as having such an impairment.
