Induction Procedures. 11.3.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that it is in the interests of the industry that all new employees on a building project understand their obligations to this Agreement and are introduced to their jobs in a manner which will help them work safely and efficiently. 11.3.2 In order to achieve this new employees will be inducted into accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Yuncken Policy and Procedures including an explanation of the following: 11.3.3 The induction presentation and material shall have regard to the language skills of the employee.
