Informal Appeal. If a teacher disagrees with a rating on an element or an overall score, the teacher must first visit with the administrator giving thethe rating or final score and supply evidence for reconsideration. If this does not resolve the concern, the teacher may appeal to the 3 teachers and 3 administrators on the Work Group (no UTW officers or employees or HR staff) and this group will make a non-binding recommendation on how to resolve the matter to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The teacher may have representation.
