Informal Continuation of Services. (a) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Contract, the Principal may direct the Contractor to continue to perform the Services after the expiry of the Operating Period for a further period by notice to the Contractor at least three (3) months before the expiry of the Operating Period (Informal Further Period). The terms and conditions of this Contract will continue to apply until the arrangement in this subclause is terminated in accordance with subclause (b) or under clause 26. (b) At any time after the commencement of the Informal Further Period, either Party may terminate the arrangement in subclause (a) by giving at least three (3) months notice to the other Party.
