Information and Communications Technology. Carrying out of a program aimed to develop computer literacy for Basic Education students in grades four through eight, as well as for their teachers, through the implementation of regular courses of computer instruction in information and communications technology (ICT) classrooms, thereby extending the MONE’s ongoing effort on ICT by means of the equipping with ICT of about three thousand (3,000) Basic Education schools, the training of staff, and the establishment of an education portal for students, teachers and the community.
