Information and Data. Upon request of the Union, the Employer agrees to furnish the Union with the following information: budgets for the Board of Regents; budgets for each College; public information used in the preparation of budgets as provided by law such as salaries; minutes of meetings of the Board; policies of the Board of Regents which apply to faculty members. Voluminous information shall be made available for inspection or will be provided at reproduction cost.
Information and Data. 20.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.
20.2 During the Exploration Period while Programs are being carried out the Operator shall furnish the Participants with monthly progress reports and with a final report on conclusion of each Program. The final report shall show the Mining Operations performed and the results obtained and shall be accompanied by a statement of Costs and copies of pertinent plans, assay maps, diamond drill records and other factual engineering data. During the Construction Period and the Operating Year the Operator shall provide monthly progress reports to the Participants which reports shall include information on any changes or developments affecting the Mine that the Operator considers are material.
20.3 All information and data concerning or derived from the Mining Operations shall be kept confidential and, except to the extent required by law or by regulation or policy of any securities commission, stock exchange or other regulatory body, shall not be disclosed to any person other than an Affiliate without the prior consent of all the Participants, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld.
20.4 The text of any news release or other public statements which a party desires to make with respect to the Property shall be made available to the other parties prior to publication and the other parties shall have the right to make suggestions for changes therein within 24 hours of delivery.
Information and Data. Subject to the terms of this agreement, the SJVIA will provide, or authorize the vendors of its Insurance Programs to provide, the Consultant with data and information that is necessary to the Consultant’s provision of services under this agreement.
Information and Data. A full list of professional job titles and their respective salary ranges shall be appended to the collective negotiations agreement. This list is complete as of the date of ratification of this contract. The Hospital shall continue to provide the Union with revisions of Hospital and Human Resources policies in a timely manner. The Union will be placed on an Email list to receive all notices of changes in Hospital policies and the changes in the Human Resources policies. The Hospital shall maintain a union data library which shall contain the following information about negotiations unit employees: name, gender, Hospital ID, job title, current date of hire, department, classification description (FT or PT, exempt or non-exempt, bi-weekly standard hours), salary table, grade, step, hours per pay period, hourly rate, annual salary, home address, home and cell phone numbers to the extent available, personal email address to the extent available, and University Hospital email address. Access to the union library will be limited to a representative(s) designated by the union and agreed to with the Director of Labor Relations or his designee. The Hospital shall maintain a listing of negotiations unit employees who have separated from the Hospital in the union data library, and this list shall be updated monthly. This list will include: name, Hospital ID, title, hire date, separation date, unit/school, and salary table. All information the Hospital is required to provide will be provided in Microsoft Excel format. In the event that any organization files an OPRA request with University Hospital requesting contact information about HPAE 5094 members, University Hospital shall within two (2) business days of responding to such request notify and provide to HPAE 5094 the identity of said organization and provide a copy of the information supplied to such organization, so long as HPAE 5094 pays for the copying cost of said information.
Information and Data. 9.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each party shall have access to the Property and the Project at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, and shall further have access at all reasonable times to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property and the Project in the possession of the Management Committee or the Operator. In exercising the right of access to the Property or the Project the representatives of a party shall abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the Management Committee and by the Operator relating to matters of safety and efficiency. If any representative of a party is not a director, senior officer or employee of a party, the party shall so advise the Operator so that the Operator may require the representative, before giving him access to the Property or the Project or to data or information relating thereto, to sign an undertaking in favour of the Joint Venture, in form and substance satisfactory to the Operator, to maintain confidentiality to the same extent as each party is required to do under section 9.2 hereof.
9.2 All records, reports, accounts and other documents referred to herein with respect to the Property and the Project and all information and data concerning or derived from the Property and the Project shall be kept confidential and each party shall take or cause to be taken such reasonable precautions as may be necessary to prevent the disclosure thereof to any person other than each party, the Operator, an Affiliate, their respective legal, accounting and financial or other professional advisors, and any financial institution or other person having made, making or negotiating loans to one or more of the foregoing or any trustee for any such person, or as may be required by securities or corporate laws and regulations or by the policies of any securities commission or stock exchange, or in connection with the filing of an offering memorandum, rights offering circular, prospectus or statement of material facts by a party, an Affiliate or the Operator or to a prospective assignee as permitted hereunder, or as may be required in the performance of obligations under this Agreement without prior consent of all parties, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Information and Data. The Parties shall comply with their statutory duty to furnish information necessary for collective bargaining, including data and financial information relevant to negotiating or enforcing the collective bargaining agreement. Voluminous information shall be made available for inspection where it is normally kept or, upon request, shall be provided to the other party at cost. By October 1, the Employer will provide the AFMSU a list of non-tenure-track faculty members in the collective bargaining unit. The parties understand that the data has not been checked for accuracy and may not be the final roster of non-tenure-track faculty members in the unit. The report will typically identify faculty members by name, rank, department, and salary. Upon request, the Administration shall provide supplemental information regarding tenure status (e.g., tenured or tenure-track) and FTE (full-time-equivalent) status.
Information and Data. 5.1 The University, through the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Faculty and Staff Relations, shall make available to the PSC, upon its reasonable request and within a reasonable time thereafter, such statistics and financial information related to the collective negotiation unit and in possession of the University as are necessary for the implementation of this Agreement and for negotiation of a successor agreement. It is understood that this provision shall not be construed to require the University to compile information and statistics in the form requested if not already compiled in that form, unless mutually agreeable.
5.2 The University shall make available to the PSC:
(a) Two copies of the proposed Annual University Budget immediately upon its receipt by the Board.
(b) The name, title, salary, college, department and tenure status of each member of the negotiation unit. Such data shall be made available once during each Fall and Spring semester.
Information and Data. The Trade Ally will maintain any customer information including name, account numbers, electric & natural gas consumption data and electric & natural gas energy savings it obtains in performing work for customers under the Program (the “Confidential Information”) in strict confidence. This means that the Trade Ally will treat and cause to be treated as confidential and proprietary all Confidential Information in its possession. In furtherance thereof, the Trade Ally will: (a) take commercially reasonable steps consistent with industry practices and the Trade Ally’s published privacy policies to prevent the disclosure of Confidential Information except as permitted by herein or otherwise agreed to in writing by the customer; (2) use or process Confidential Information only in connection with the performance of the work for the customer under the Program; (3) make copies of any Confidential Information only as necessary for the performance of such work; (4) disclose Confidential Information only to personnel of the Trade Ally who have a need to know the Confidential Information in connection with the performance or use of such work; and (5) destroy the Confidential Information promptly following the request of TRC or ACE, and in any event upon completion of all the Trade Ally’s obligations under the Program. Participants in the program must comply with the terms and conditions regarding data security set by ACE within Attachment A.
Information and Data. The Consultant shall request in writing any information and data it will require to perform Task Orders. The Consultant shall identify the timing and priority for which this information and data will be required. The Consultant and City shall reach agreement as to the availability and delivery time for this data and information during initial task negotiations.
Information and Data. §17.1 The State shall make available to UUP, upon its reasonable request and within a reasonable time thereafter, such statistics and financial information related to the collective negotiating unit and in the possession of the State as are necessary for the preparation for collective negotiations and the processing of grievances. It is understood that this shall not be construed to require the State to compile information and statistics in any specific form unless mutually agreeable.
§17.2 Each employee shall be responsible for providing the College President, or a designee, with the employee’s current home address and telephone number and for keeping such information current. Such information shall be maintained for official College use only.
