Common use of Information and Evidence Clause in Contracts

Information and Evidence. The transferor and transferee of any Share transferred under this Clause 15 and the Original Holder (if any) of the transferred Share shall each provide to the other Shareholders, at his own expense, any information and evidence requested in writing by the other Shareholders for the purpose of determining whether the transfer to the proposed transferee complies with the terms of this Clause 15.
