Information and publicity concerning Phare programmes Clause Samples

The 'Information and publicity concerning Phare programmes' clause establishes requirements for disseminating information and promoting transparency about activities funded by Phare programmes. It typically obliges beneficiaries or implementing bodies to publicize the source of funding, such as through press releases, signage, or public events, ensuring that the public and stakeholders are aware of the EU's involvement. This clause serves to enhance visibility of EU support, foster accountability, and ensure that the objectives and achievements of Phare-funded projects are communicated effectively to relevant audiences.
